Melata of the Woods - Apicoltura Ribaditi

the Melata of the Woods is collected by bees, from the trunk and leaves of plants.  It is a substance produced by tiny parasites that feed on the sap .
It is very dark in colour, the aroma is of medium intensity, the flavour resembles that of caramelized sugar and it is usually very viscous and runny and it remains liquid .
Recommended for athletes, people in a state of fatigue and growing children.
